Prenatal Session

Our one-on-one session guides you through what to expect on your breastfeeding journey so you can feel confident and prepared. You’ll receive a detailed, evidence-based plan tailored to your unique goals, along with dedicated time to ask questions and get personalized support.

Postpartum Virtual Visit
$95.00

Our initial lactation consultation is a comprehensive, one-on-one session designed to support you and your baby from the very beginning. We will review your medical and feeding history, assess latch and positioning, and address any concerns such as pain, milk supply, or pumping. You’ll receive evidence-based guidance tailored to your goals, along with a personalized care plan and time for questions so you leave feeling confident and supported.

Postpartum In Person Session
$120.00

Our in-person consultation includes a full feeding assessment, hands-on latch and positioning support, weighted feed using an infant specialized scale and personalized, evidence-based guidance tailored to your goals. We address concerns like pain, milk supply, pumping, and newborn feeding patterns—all in the comfort of your home.

Our Services

Thoughtfully designed support for every stage of your journey—from the first latch to weaning, and everything in between.

  • Discomfort with latching such as fussy infant, improper positioning, oral dysfunction. Want to get baby latching after bottle feeding. Any latching issues we offer support to get your baby on the breast.

  • Bruising, bleeding, cracked nipples are not fun and they shouldn’t be happening. Get support in understanding what is happening. If you are pumping or latching baby nipple and breast pain can be resolved.

  • Tounge and Lip restrictions can cause oral dysfunction and feeding issues on the breast or bottle. Getting an oral assessment done by a specialist can help catch issues early.

  • Struggling with pumping? We provide expert guidance on flange sizing, schedules, and supply to help you pump with confidence.

  • Was your baby in the NICU and now you don’t know how to transition from bottle to breast. Or, is your baby having a harder time at the breast and need help. We offer support.

  • Feeding multiples we offer support. If it’s feeding twins, triplets, or a toddler and a baby we can help you on whatever journey you are on.

  • Many mothers worry about their milk supply and this can lead to early weaning. Im here to tel you, it doesn't have too. Supply issues are typically resolved easily and if you have either oversupply or under supply I am here to support you.

  • Ready to be done and not sure where to begin. While we encourage mothers to breastfeed as long as it’s mutually desired by you and baby we are here to help you stop when you would like. With evidence based techniques we help you with weaning without the tears and stress.

After experiencing challenges in my own breastfeeding journey, I felt called to support other mothers on theirs. With over 500 clinical hours of lactation experience and a background as a physical therapist assistant, I bring a hands-on, evidence-based approach to care.

My goal is simple: to help you meet your feeding goals with confidence. I work with you and your baby to create a strong foundation, addressing concerns such as oral ties, milk supply, breast pain, and bottle feeding.
